Gravity Studios is a well-known Chicago recording studio, no stranger to local legends including Fall Out Boy and Smashing Pumpkins. They contacted us for a rebrand that would incorporate their established reputation into a grittier, more progressive image. For the logo, we created a bold monogram drawing inspiration from echoing sound waves and vinyl records.
OTHER Studio
Founded in 2014, OTHER Studio pushes the boundaries of design and art direction to bring creative solutions to brands. The studio's mission is to provide contemporary design thinking, progress design culture, and to cultivate a collaborative creative community through events focused on arts, culture, and education.
Grand Circus Magazine is an award-winning print briefing of Detroit culture and urbanism for a national audience. As the brainchild of Alex Trajkovski and Eileen Tjan, the publication itself represents an evolving perspective on the city of Detroit and focuses on archiving the city’s growth.
